The purpose of this document is to define
the requirements and conditions to obtain this puppy from JR'S DANES.
We require that you take your new puppy to
your Veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving your puppy.This is to insure the good health of your puppy to everyones satisfaction.
This puppy will come with a limited reg. and spay agreement.She must be spayed within two months of receiving her. After recieving
proof of spayed from vet. The buyer will receive the AKC limited paper work.
This puppy is deaf and is not to be
spanked, let to roam free or tied up of any kind . she is to have a fenced in yard that is atleast half an acre.
We reserve the right to check-up on the puppy to be sure she is in no way mistreated or abused.If the puppy is found to be
abused in any way we will take possession of the dog and buyer will forfeit all rights and monies invested.
If for
any reason buyer cannot keep said puppy, it shall be returned to me or contact me and we will help you find a new home,
if you find a new home for the dog i must be notified of the name and address of the new owner. Under no circumstances should
the animal be abandoned or placed in an animal shelter!
